Fried Chicken




Ingredients:
    Chicken : 1 kilo
    Black pepper : 1 teaspoon
    Salt : 1 tablespoon
    Soy souse : 1/4 cup
    Chinese salt : 1 tablespoon
    Vinegar : 2 tablespoon
     Bread crumbs : 2 cup
     Eggs : 2
     Oil : as required

Recipe:
         Marinate the chicken with all spices. Leave the marinated chicken about 1 hour
and fry the chicken by using bread crumbs and egg. Fry the chicken until it gives light
brown color. Serve the fried chicken with salad.
